Summary of Lecture The objective of this course is to prepare students for their research in business and technology management and to expose them to various research papers in corporate finance. This course covers classic and essential papers as well as recent studies that have received a lot of attention in corporate finance. Students are expected to study some classic finance papers and explain the papers in class to other students. Students are also expected to replicate some papers of their choice and extend the papers in their own way in a process of developing their own research paper. The research paper will be presented at the end of semester.
