Summary of Lecture ITM502 Fall 2017 is an agglomeration of inter-disciplinary theoretical foundation and a set of practical tools/methodologies for building an organization capable of continuous dynamic innovation. No, you didn’t read that wrong. We chase two rabbits. The theoretical backdrop will be provided by the course materials and multiple readings, while the practical tools/methodologies will be provided via lectures followed by discussion and activity sessions.
