| Summary of Lecture | DNA/RNA의 화학구조 및 합성법, 생유기화학을 이용한 DNA 변형, 전기영동법 및 MALDI-TOF MS 등 DNA 분석 기기의 원리 및 응용을 소개하고 Human Genome Project와 최신의 염기서열 및 SNP 측정 방법 등을 다룬다. 또한 분자공학을 이용한 나노분자 및 형광물질의 게놈 응용과 Biochip / BioMEMS 등 게놈 분석 시스템의 원리와 응용의 예를 다룬다. |
